We believe strongly that Quality Control is a state of mind that must be actively fostered throughout the production cycle and across the organisation that delivers it. It is not an obstacle for our manufacturers to endure, but core to our process. Our in-house Quality Assurance team are on the ground in our factories to ensure a quality product throughout the manufacturing process whilst ensuring timely delivery.

DPI (During Production Inspection)

Our quality control team in India are devoted to eliminating any minor problems that can become a larger issue at a later date. Carrying out multiple inspections during the production process enables defects to be identified and addressed as soon as possible. This ensures that amendments can be made to resume production to ship our products in our usual timely manner.

PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection)

Before our products are shipped, our quality control team collect a sample of furniture to inspect to ensure there are no quality defects or visual defects and that each item has been manufactured according to the product specifications. Multiple inspections allow our team to be confident that our furniture will meet all of our customer's requirements and exceed their expectations.
