From concept to creation - our process
From concept to creation, design and inspiration, production and distribution - our designs are key to our success. Our designs are based on inspirations from travelling the globe and studying furniture trends or from our customers’ specific briefs. We have a tried and tested process of designing a furniture concept and creating the final product for launch. From mood board, to sketching, to rendering, to CAD, to sampling, to production - we’ve got it covered. We have the experience to deliver on time, on budget and in volume.

From an initial concept we create a mood board, followed by sketches, to 3D rendering, to CAD drawings, to sampling the final product that’s approved by us and our partnered distributor.

Design and inspire
We travel the world looking for inspiration and materials prior to developing our ranges. Whether customers reach to us for our exclusive ranges or for a specific direction, our design team are here for you. Between research, brainstorming, designing and pattern, we make all the efforts to make design concepts become a reality on schedule and cost.
Sourced and developed
Our passion is selecting the right products for our partners’ distribution. We take care of everything at each stage. We have devoted years to finding and partnering the best factories in India with the correct skill sets to meet the demands of our designs. We pride ourselves on the investment and relationships we have with our factories who have been tried, tested and audited throughout our working relationship.
Production management and quality assurance
We strongly believe that Quality Control is a state of mind that must be actively fostered throughout the production cycle and across the organisation that delivers it. It is not an obstacle for our manufacturers to endure, but core to our process. Our in-house Quality Assurance team is on the ground in our factories to ensure a quality product throughout the manufacturing process whilst ensuring a timely delivery.
Partnered distribution
We collaborate with everybody from our manufacturing team to our distribution partner to fulfil detailed production plans for every order ensuring a Quality product is produced and on time. We deal with the whole production process to the point of shipping which gives our partnered distributor peace of mind and takes away the stresses of dealing with overseas factories, allowing them to concentrate purely on selling the product.
Customer service
Our partnered distributors have constant access to our team based in the UK who liaise with our production units, QA teams and design teams on a daily basis. With a dedicated account manager based in the UK you have the reliance of a Western business approach who understands our Asian factories’ culture.
